Briefing
I work with leaders at organizations. We collaborative define and design a solutions that help their organization run more efficiently.
Nitty Gritty
I interview employees at organizations who are trying to solve a problem. During these interviews I uncover steps that have to take place to create a solution to their problem. The solution involves a change to people, process and technology. I create a plan which details the tasks that have to be done, Who can do those tasks, and how long the tasks should take.
Then I execute the plan.
Explain Like I'm 15*
John's Deli wants to know which sandwich makes the most money. They have sales data in the cash register and cost data of their products written in a notebook. I connect my computer to their register and their notebook. I tell them that the Classic Italian has made them over 50% of their profit for this month. I then make a program to text them each week on the their best selling item.
